CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 business day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 additional business days for your order to be delivered.


I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

  • Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit for an item of equal or lesser value.
  • Please also keep in mind when your store credit is being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.  
  • Please make sure all the original tags are attached. Please be sure that all items are returned in the same condition received. Returned or Exchange orders will be shipped at your expense.
  • All SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!  

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
  • Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be canceled IMMEDIATELY.

INVENTORY
  • If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
